No, No, I get it. The daily 9 to 5 grind that is work is no fun at ALL. Getting up early. Sitting in traffic that never seems to move. The monotonous busy work that seems the same every single day. Karen from account always telling you about her cat’s upcoming birthday party. The fluorescent lights flickering above you slowly driving you into madness. Your boss expecting you to stay late to work on a project that really HE should be doing. The minuscule paycheck that barely covers your living expenses. It all sucks. Seems that the thought of burning that place to the ground is the only thing that gets you thru the week sometimes. Buuuuut really that’s not TOO healthy a place to be in your head. What else could get you thru the week? I mean besides murder or arson. The goal of any work week is that blessed time of 4:59 on a Friday. The start of the weekend! Those 2 1/2 days where No One tells you what to do. You’re Free!!! It’s a positive objective that we all want to get to. So let’s think of some ways that will help us obtain that objective.
