#BadNamesForCoffee via Hashtag, You’re It!: @BrandNewMcMann The Top Picks

So I just did a quick google search for the word “Coffee” and in just a 5 mile radius of my apartment there are 12 different coffee shops. That’s a lot of burlap sacks filled with beans! The coffee plant itself is native to Ethiopia but today Brazil is the largest producer of coffee. Coffee beans are the largest agricultural export for numerous different countries. Over 2.25 billion cups of coffee are drank each day across the planet. Coffee even has it’s own aisle at your local grocery store. The next time you’re there stop to take a moment to really look at all the different brands there are. And not just brands, but types of coffee as well. Dark roast, medium roast, blonde roast, etc. And each and every single one of those coffees has to have a name. Some are named after the region that the beans come from. Some are named after the effect it has on you. Some are named after the color the coffee has. But each and every single one of them has a name. Pike Place, Sumatra, Veranda, just to name a few. But for all the names out there there has to be some bad ones, right? Just the mathematical probability alone means there has to be more than one. So that’s what I asked Twitter for this week with the hashtag #BadNamesForCoffee. So check out the top list below and don’t forget to join me every Tuesday at 11 am EDT for the next exciting episode of “Hashtag, You’re It”. Darn it……..now I want a cup of coffee
